DON'T BOOK DURING SUMMER. My family and I stayed here and would not recommend staying here during hot temperatures. There is no air at all even with fans and windows open I have never stayed in such a humid room like this where I genuinely felt like I couldn't breath. My husband and I even considered just driving through the night back home because at least the car has AC. Totally understand that it cannot be helped if the building is hot, nothing more can be done by staff to cool the rooms down other than providing additional fans which was kindly done for us by a gentleman working there that evening, his service was exceptional, giving us recommendations on places to visit etc. He was fantastic and a real asset to PI.
However I wouldn't recommend staying here either due to the breakfast that was supplied. We understood the partnering restaurant wasn't available and didn't serve breakfast and received a refund for this, and was told all guests would receive a complimentary breakfast in the reception space for the inconvenience. My child and I went to reception at 9.30am to collect something to eat but there was nothing left apart from some milk in a jug, 1 box of cornflakes left and nothing else. We asked the lady at reception if there was anything that could be done to provide a meal for the three members of my family but she couldn't help us. So not enough food/drink is being supplied for guests, again assuming this isn't the staffs fault, and there isn't more that can be done. But was then told by the member of staff working that morning to wait a moment in the reception as she said she had an idea and was able to top something up. Heads to the back office, and believe she comes back out to top the jug of milk up. Like that's going to suffice. Not to mention there was only 1 mug left out on the counter so even if me, my husband and child wanted a cup of milk we all had to share the one cup or keep coming back and forth from our room to keep topping it up. I had to ask this member of staff was she actually for real for having us wait there for her to just top up a jug of milk that already had enough milk in and then received no response. I'm just glad there was a Lidl and mcdonalds within walking distance, but I was genuinely shocked by this member of staff.

Very helpful staff. Car park was under construction so had to park elsewhere . Rooms were clean but very hot after the heatwave. Air-conditioning not working very well but they did provide a fan.
