  Bed was very uncomfortable, sheet was about 12inch short for the mattress. Room smelt of damp. Paid for 4 breakfasts, 1st wasn't good, 2nd morning no improvement to the breakfast so we didn't have any hot food day's 3 and 4.

  Nice little place to stay.. stayed 2 nights and the staff on reception were very helpful... Room was clean and not too noisy.. The pub attached was not so good...Just 10 minutes into Christchurch for shops pubs ect... Would definitely stay again

  Great hotel friendly staff and added bonus of air con. It was a very hot few days so really needed it. Location was good too. Only short walk into Christchurch . Only let down was resteraunt. As with other premier inns short staffed and no longer attached to the chain resteraunts

  Nice, quiet stay here. The staff were friendly and you get what you pay for. I did hear some footsteps from the room above, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't keep me awake at all. Breakfast was good, the location is good, close to the shops, an easy walk to the town centre, and just a quick drive down to the beaches

  Unfortunately, they seemed very Short-staffed so service was very slow. (Especially in the restaurant.) Also, whilst we were actually in the room we had housekeeping try to enter the room a couple of times which was a bit disconcerting. The main gripe is the food in the restaurant was very substandard and took an age to arrive. Sorry
