  Wouldn’t recommend have stayed in several premier inns and this is by far the worse , showers back up and aircon dripping keeps you awake most of the nite , not a pleasant stay overall

  Good value. Clean spacious room; plenty of towels. Room at back of hotel was quiet and the window opened. There was also an aircon unit. Ideal location; on main bus route & short level walk to shops, bars, restaurants in Westbourne. I was travelling alone & felt safe in hotel & room. Receptionist wrote down room number discreetly on checking in and there were door locks on corridors to prevent non-residents wandering in. The hotel was having new carpets laid when I was there.

  Very helpful staff, lady who booked me in after I made a mistake online learned of my disability and gave me an extremely accessible room. Can't thank the staff enough, breakfast was quite nice too, plenty of options to choose from. Bed comfort 10/10

  Ok, the inn is looking very tired, shabby in places, im not going to lie. However the bed was comfortable and we slept well, Sadly the windows are locked,and the air-conditioning hums, we stay on the 2nd floor accessible room( lower bath and many rails, low sink ) but there are fire doors to get through which in a wheel chair could be difficult. The long mirror 🪞 is by the door but in shadow and there's no light above it. The manager( jamie) was not friendly ,looked fed up and was not able to manage housekeeping staff to do a job, so I asked for a fan ,nothing came, we only had one bath towel on arrival, had to ask for another( someone else was asking too when I was ??) His response was silent when I said the fan hadn't come he drew in breath ,rolled his eyes tapped some paper and said nothing...not even sorry? Read into that what you want. Breakfast i enjoyed. Last morning though the reception lady was also running breakfast arrival ,replenishment cleaning tables while sorting out reception enquiries and leaver along with other enquiries..when I stopped her and asked about the car parkrangements she was very pleasant, chatty , giving time and infomation, we then understood the situation better... When we asked for just the teas and coffees to be replenished in our room, with extra milk, extra milk is what we'd got..as a past housekeeper myself you'd think they'd top up all sugar tea coffee to whats originally supplied ,and clean or replace cups...its just housekeeping etiquette to provide full service, I wasn't asking for bed made and clean towels or bins emptied. Parking, parking is run by Horizon NOT the inn it clocks your reg going in and you pay on exit, as they do not garentee a space . But if you go up to the lights and turn right there is a coach / and general carpark which is £3.50 for 24 hours so for a 2 -5 minute walk it is better value. At the inn it's £10.50... Driving it's 3 minutes to a sandy beach. Personally we won't stay here again.

  The size of the rooms and cleanliness was perfection. Just what we needed. The location was perfect, short walk to the town centre and resturants. However, the fan in the bathroom didnt work and you cannot open the window fully. I was then shamed for streightning my hair as it kept setting rhe fire alarm off. How is this my fault. The fire alarm was right over the mirror. The receptionist spent a good 2 to 3 minutes coughing and flapping the curtain seriously exaggerating the even. Hey premier inn if you design it that way you'll have problems. Then to top off the awful morning. Breakfast was a rabbit Warren where adults large and slender along with smaller versions of themselves reaching over eachother and bustling for the next pastry. With the lower ceiling this area was an Autistic nightmare. To add to the already crammed environment the tea and coffee area was separated. We searched everywhere for the tea bags to only see them on the otherside. And, yes there's more, the milk for the coffee and tea was with the cerial nowhere near the drinks. I have travelled from Cornwall to Glasgow and stayed in many premier inns. This by far has been an experience ill never forget, and will never repeat.
