  This is probably the third time we have booked at this specific Premier Inn. Its location is very good and has easy access to the beach along with the fact that its relatively close to the town center and a bus stop just outside the reception. Regarding the rooms, they were OK, criticisms I would have about it would be the fact that the carpet and the space under the table were unclean as we found some breadcrumbs while we were walking around. The bathrooms were relatively clean but the soap and shampoo bottles were empty. I would also say that the parking charges are quite expensive (£11 per night) but other than the above the time we spent there was enjoyable.

  We stayed in a premier plus room, overall an average room. Could be cleaner, fake eyelash from previous occupant was left on the desk and there were coffee stains down the side of the desk & on the back of the bathroom door (yes, the back of the door). Bathroom could've been alot cleaner, the bath was stained around the glass shower screen & the toilet roll holder was loose. Bed was very firm, which was a shame as i usually look foward to sleeping on their beds. Bought a twirl, twix, mars bar and kinder bueno from the vending machine. Twix was 4 months out of date (didn't request a refund because it was only a twix). Staff were friendly, attentive and available at all hours (i requested new towels at night & once when we came back from the beach, both times staff responded within a few minutes). Summary; average premier inn. Get a coffee maker with the premier plus rooms (explains the coffe stains...).

  The staff in reception were lovely and helpful. However when I stayed at this hotel a staff member opened my hotel room door, whilst me and my family were inside, this was the first mistake. The second was when you saw us she decided to still come inside and do what she came to do, without asking if it was okay to enter. The first time my privacy was invaded at a premier inn. Finally Shelley or sheilah or whatever her name is who works at the breakfast section cooking, was rude, unapproachable and had an issue cooking my son some sausages when it states they can do that. She looked fed up and I didn’t appreciate the negativity on the few days I was spending in Bournemouth. You’ll know who it is as my stay was from 3rd August to 5th August 2025.

  It’s our second time visiting Bournemouth, but our first stay at Premier Inn West Cliff, and it certainly won’t be our last. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady when we checked in at around 4:30 pm on Sunday, 26 July. I initially tried using the self-service check-in kiosk but found it a little difficult to navigate. Thankfully, she stepped in and made the process incredibly easy. She simply asked for the name on the booking and handed us our key cards within minutes. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel is fully equipped with central air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed in a spacious room on the fourth floor at the rear of the hotel. The room was spotless, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and even the lifts were well maintained. The location of our room was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend Premier Inn Bournemouth West Cliff to anyone visiting Bournemouth. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

  Great location for a peaceful seaside stay. Andy the Manager was very proffesional in every circumstance, helpful and always available to help out. I was due a refund for an additional breakfast, which Andy was more than willing to refund....But I declined. I highly recommend this Premier inn Hotel for a seaside stop in Bournemouth 👌🏿💯 All staff in the Hotel were helpful and very social. The hotel and rooms are very clean, all passed the finger dust test.😃👌🏿 Extra towels provided at an instance, extra duvet and pillows all secured with the safety tag. A very clean hotel. Staff were always cleaning and on hand for assistance. The bedroom staff were very jolly and always on hand to help out, even when we forgot to notify reception to clean the room.😃 The parking avaliable is a secure underground carpark at the back of the hotel with plenty of parking space.👌🏿 The video attached shows how close you are to the lovely sunny beach, 5min walk.👌🏆 Thank you Andy and Staff. Ill be back.👌🏿💯
