  Ive stayed in a few Premiers Inns and some are better than others. This one is not one of the better ones unfortunately. My first impression of the place was a bunch of drunks all sitting on the stairs of the entrance to the hotel shouting and swearing and they were hanging around there every day and night. Also there is no allocated parking so you have to use on street parking and its not cheap. Rooms are nice but the hall carpets were covered in dirt and def needed a clean. Service was good as well.

  I didn’t like the attitude of the person serving me at dinner, young chap a seemed a bit stroppy. I said I didn’t want calsaw with my burger, it came with calsaw and he said it’s only on the side and not touching anything. I paid for the meal deal and at breakfast they needed the voucher which he didn’t give to me. Needs to improve his service, had dark hair.

  Room was clean enough, staff seemed friendly from the interactions I had from them. Stayed for 2 nights and got zero sleep at night due to the delights of the YMCA next door. Shouting every few minutes, arguing about whose drugs were who’s and just causing a lot of noise even at 2/3am. They’ve got security on in the evenings and I can see why due to next door, seems as soon as 1am comes they disappear to a back office. Totally disgusted that between the council and a large chain they can’t manage to keep the behaviour controlled. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me!

  I booked Premier Plus Double with view and the room could overlook the sea town of Bournemouth with the whole beach and sea, which was fantastic. The breakfast was like what other Premier Inn does which was a buffet and everything was ready. Especially bacons were well cooked! However, the Premier Plus room failed to provide what I did because the fridge and the coffee machine were missing, and the chocolates and waters were not provided too. I told the reception but they could only bring me a coffee machine. For the fridge they could help me store in theirs if I have my foods to keep cold. I know they were doing the great job but when I wanted to stay in the Plus room, I hoped the things Premier Inn stated on their website would be available in my room. For the security the other reviews had said, I saw a certain number of people lying or sitting next to our hotel, or opposite. In the evening I heard people's shouting or screaming. As I was back before getting dark, and left after checking out, I was not sure if it's okay to go out during the evening. The hotel has its potential. I was surprised my room was so big with two rooms adjoining each other. It would be great if their services are more consistent, there are more staff and the surrounding security can improve.

  Drastic experiance😭😭 used this hotel for work stay over night few times . Not a complant about facilities just the staff. My workplace booked the hotel for me for 6 night. Prepaid . Booked it on my name . I did not use it straight away as I did not need to . I just went to use prepaid room today and person on reception informed me that I should have checked in on day 2 .I fully understand as I work in hospitality and I m fully aware its not that person's fault but 0 companion or understanding to my situation was presented . I needed up without somewhere to sleep far away from home. I was happy to pay and book it but before informing me thay they re fully booked he told me he can not booking it for me 🤣🤣 i have used this hotel before and every time there is same person with 0 customer service skills
