  Came back after a tiring but eventful trip to find this, a free chocolate bar! Immediate 5 stars. Anyway, the room was clean and looks nice, the staff were polite and helpful, the toilet and shower were also clean and spacious, would definitely recommend.

  Well…would be a better review if we hadn’t just received a ticket for parking in the lot. When we pulled in there were no more spots so we went in to ask where the closest parking would be and drop off luggage! The lady said we could pull behind another car that had parked outside of a spot as long as we weren’t blocking anyone! We did this (absolutely not blocking anyone and behind another car that was doing this as well) and now have received a ticket from a company called “parking eye”. We did everything the way they said we could!! So…if there are no free spots I guess don’t trust that you can park where they say you can. It was an ok nights stay…the bathroom was SO dark I got ready in front of the window. Just really bummed that we ended up with a random ticket now a week later.

  Well signposted until the last turn. They must think it's obvious, but if you don't know where you're going, you'll miss it. Chaotic reservation duplication with Staybridge Suites next door, cancel one and you'll lose both, still waiting to see if I'm charged twice for one room. Very comfortable and a great breakfast.

  I stayed at Hotel Indigo Dundee for two nights on a work trip and had a very good experience. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and the rooms were clean and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was Pauline at breakfast. Every morning she greeted guests with a huge smile and such positive energy that it genuinely made my day. Her warm welcome and friendly service created a wonderful start to each morning and made me feel truly looked after. Thank you, Pauline, for going above and beyond. Team members like you make all the difference. I would happily stay here again when I'm next in Dundee.

  My stay was unfortunately affected by an uncomfortable interaction with a staff member early yesterday morning. After stepping out briefly, I accidentally left my room key inside. While near the lift area, I was approached by an Asian lady staff member who asked where I was going. While I understand that security checks are important, the tone of the interaction felt abrupt and came across as unwelcoming, which made me feel uneasy. A more polite and courteous approach would have made a big difference. As someone who experiences social anxiety, this interaction affected me more than expected and impacted the rest of my day. Additionally, the arrival experience was somewhat stressful, as it took me around 30 minutes to find parking. Overall, I hope the hotel can continue to improve communication and customer service so guests feel more comfortable and welcomed during their stay.
