Trevligt hotell mitt i centrala Plymouth. Det verkar riktigt populärt för det är massor med gäster så det är proppfullt vid frukosten.

I’d like to thank Harriet for her excellent customer service. She was always smiling, even when we were talking her ears off at 1:30am.
I’d also like to thank the lady at breakfast who has been with the company for many years of service, always making sure that my friends and I were looked after each morning.
For what it’s worth, I can’t repay the kindness they showed us, but I will definitely remember them both. If the managers of these two staff members read this review, I hope they receive recognition for the outstanding service they provide.
Thank you 😇

Absolutely wonderful place to stat in Plymouth and spl if you have your kid in the Uni. Just stone throw away from Beckley Point and 5 mins to Uni gate. Sparkling clean with all amenities. Courteous staff who really takes good care. Sainsbury and Tesco just a min away.

The biggest annoyance was locating the hotel car park no signs or direction. The hotel was reasonable, clean rooms you can loose out. Only breakfast it was nice the staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Room service breakfast was unsatisfactory. Hot food wasn't hot, parts of it was cold. The toast and hash brown were cold and soggy from sweating under the coverings. It arrived after my requested time.
The room was too hot all night. The fan was too loud to keep on. I had the windows open and the fan on for hours before I attempted to go to sleep but the room got hot again very quickly. It wasn't warm outside. The fridge powering on and off all night kept me awake. I had a terrible night's sleep. I could hear a general appliance buzzing noise all night coming from the neighbouring rooms too.
I liked the location. Parking was tight but I managed to get a space. The club room came with a drink voucher and drinks in the fridge. This was a nice touch I appreciated because the room was so hot.
I can't give it more than 3 stars because I barely slept and ended up with a headache. I would stay again for work because of the location and easy access however I will request the hotel open the windows and turn on the fan before I arrive and I wouldn't order room service breakfast again unfortunately. I will bring ear plugs next time too. Ear plugs is something I suggest the hotel could provide.
