- LKLesley-Ann KnightMay 3, 20263.0On arrival, ok welcome. Would have preferred to have checked in manually. Came down to the bar later for a drink. Waited 20 mins, no staff in sight. Member of staff emerged from staff room and I asked if they could serve. They went to get someone. 3 appeared!! Asked if maybe could have a discount as waiting so long and told no (by same lady who checked me in) another lady took charge and agreed that would be agreeable. Was told I should have rung a bell on the other side of the bar. Didn’t realise I had to!? If this is a ring for service bar then I would recommend having bells on each bar.
