- GSGavin Stubbs3 days ago5.0Very nice and clean room as always, we had booked the meal deal which is very good value, food was good especially breakfast, the only down side was we had no Internet for 2/3 days ( needed resetting )but it's not a perfect world so didn't upset us.

- CSclive stuartMay 4, 20261.0Booked into room 15 , when we walked in the room had a terrible musty smell, I reported this to reception who said the room was too hot and she would turn on the air con on although I wasn’t happy she wouldn’t move us , 2 hrs later I returned to the room to find the smell exactly the same , so returned to reception and asked to be moved again, the same rude receptionist said to go back to the room and wait and she will check it herself, which she did and said the smell was because the room was 20 degrees and to wait until it cooled , I refused and asked to be moved again she just said u will have to pack your bags and come back to reception and walked out , not once did she apologise, we are now in a different room with no smell . I can’t wait to get out of here . I would not recommend this premier inn and hope that management retrain this rude receptionist .
