  I stayed at the premier inn the cleanliness in the rooms were good. The view from the room were amazing of the harbour. A short walk from the beach. Had a great breakfast cooked by chef Mark who was very friendly and polite.

  The bed was comfortable. But the shower had black mould in the seals. There was so much and for a hotel that is relatively new it is a shame. It feels like the team don't care. There was litter on the floor outside the lift and considering how many cleaners came through those corridors no one picked it up for 2 days. The car park location isn't accessibility friendly with the Premier Inn parking slots right at the back of the car park.

  Great parking. Hard working floor staff, especially in the kitchen. Staff tried were warm and polite. Not enough on Duty at peak times. Room was disappintment: not properly cleaned, bathroom tiles in our Premium room were grubby and chair distinctly mancky. Requested clean and change of chair but other than dusting, everything remained the same over our two night stay. Didn't feel like Premium 😕. On balance okay as Torquay itself made up for it.

  This was the first time visiting this premier inn an im sorry to say but it will be the last! The stay was great room was great the car park is absolutely shocking it’s so far away an the signage isn’t clear at all just says there’s an the councils nothing about it being right at the back so therefore we ended up getting a fine when we already paid for parking was no help what so ever the staff member knew what our car was so could have told us we was in the wrong bit to begin with, I think something needs to be addressed about the car park otherwise ull lose custom because ur the only one we have had a problem with

  Looked at reviews previously and our stay was very different. Nice clean family room, nice temperature with air con. Nice and quiet. Car park easy to understand using premier inn car park at the back of public car park (9 50 for 24 hours). Slope to walk down at side of building. Great breakfast, nice clean and lots to choice. Staff were great and quite a few of them on shifts. Paid extra 15.00 to get in at 11am which was ideal. Great location just 10 min walk down steps nearby to get to shops and harbour. Beautiful harbour. Fabulous Chinese called the oriental touch, 25 minutes walk away. Well worth going. Overall great stay. Thank you. We will be back.
