  One of the better Premier Inn. If you're lucky you get a good view but honestly, it's more about location, a good amount of parking (£10 for 1 night) and it feels newer than other Premier Inn hotels I've stayed in. Air conditioning works great. There is a heat wave in the UK right now. Nice to step into a cool room.

  Premier Inn are cutting staff so much so that's the restaurant could not open on the Monday night. This hotel is advertised as being on the bay which it's not. Once you have parked your car for which we paid £20 for two nights. You need to tackle quite a steep Hill to the hotel reception. The area seems to attract many homeless people as you pass the local coop. I will not be returning to this hotel.

  Fairly new hotel, already looking grubby in the communal areas. Booked a Premier Plus room and it was adequate. Thankfully quiet but the whole impression is of just doing enough. Mould on the grout, a sheet too small to be tucked in anywhere on the bed and just enough cleaning to be acceptable. Adequate for an occasional stay but not for anything special.

  Premier inn is always consistent with room. Disappointing that the restaurant wasn’t Open at all but didn’t affect the breakfasts in the morning. Hotel was quiet and whilst the weather was heating up the hotel was cool and comfortable to sit in to have an evening drink. Only the restaurant are slightly over looked the harbour, still able to sit in that area although the restaurant was closed.

  Very pleasant location close to harbour and restaurants. However, very disappointed with the overall service levels. We were here in September 2024 and had an excellent stay, hence our return last week. The service on this occasion was very disappointing, limited or no evening meals on at least 4 nights out of the 7, room was not made up when requested meaning several trips to reception to collect towels and toilet rolls, there was only one lift working resulting in lengthy waits to get up and down, made even worse by house keeping staff overriding the call button so they could use the lift. No real reasons given for any of this - we will not be returning to this hotel.
