- SBSarika BrownAug 6, 20264.0Huge thank you to Vanessa G. We had an issue in our room and she personally cleaned it herself on Sunday as well as arranging a replacement with Maintenance. Air conditioning was brilliant and one of the few hotels wjere we actually had a card telling us how to use it. Only downside is you have to pay for parking and Tiverton itself is a bit tired.

Breakfast was good, I ate at 7:30am and was generally the only one there so no issues with waiting for food. Only downside as others have mentioned is the crazy parking fee. Would be great if the hotel could work to offer some kind of discount! WiFi was poor in the room I stayed in on level 3 and I had no phone service either which was disappointing as I was travelling for work and wasn’t able to check my emails unless I left the building. Handy M&S foodhall across the road, I opted for picky bits rather than dining in the restaurant so I can’t comment on that

Myself and my 2 disabled children, my husband and eldest son had to pack up and leave over a dispute for early check in. Not happy with this particular hotel. Power hungry manager. Absolute jobsworth. Plus bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, pubic hairs all over the bath and wall
