Stayed recently and was annoyed the car park was an extra cost of £7.50 per night. We had a meal deal booked, but hadn't booked a time, we went with 6:30pm. It appears this was proved a good time, as guest after this, at about 7:00 had limited options on the menu. Guests who had not booked were turned away. They have limited staff and they seemed to do everything, including covering reception, but they were very helpful.
The hotel is a short walk from the seafront, which was quite nice and as it was a nice day we sat on a bench for awhile, as we had arrived before checking in time.

Check in was rude and didn’t care at all, he told us the door to our room was behind us but there were 2 doors behind us. We went through one as a guess and he didn’t tell us we went through the wrong one.
The double bed was awful, I’ve stayed in premier inns before and always found the beds comfortable but this one was hard and the pillows too thick.
Air con was laughable, lowest setting was 19c and in a heatwave was way too hot to sleep especially with the uncomfortable bed.
Breakfast increased the rating up to 2* as was a buffet style and friendly staff however not all items were available as the hob wasn’t working.
Nice location looking at the sea but my goodness Seaton is completely dead on a Sunday with none of the local shops or restaurants open. Thankfully found a kebab shop nearby which was nice.
Oh and the car park is £7 per night

One night stop on a hot bank holiday. The hotel is a little out of the centre and with no sea views. The bed, as advertised, was comfortable, but the light over the wash basin was not functional and there was no reception operating around the time of our arrival. Very confusing car park instructions with some signs saying pay on leaving and another saying on arrival. The car park is operated by another Company, to which the fees are paid, albeit with a reduced rate for guests of the Premier Hotel. The car park is not bookable in advance through the hotel but there are ample spaces.

Didn't realise I was coming to a ghost town in the middle of May!! Came down at 6pm into the hotel to book for dinner after walking around town to find somewhere to eat utter fail. Asked for a table in a completely empty restaurant...to be told oh sorry we can't seat you were busy!!..are you absolutely kidding me!! Chewing her pen going well lol ermmmm no sorry we can't we're short staffed had to also ask for towels and waited for ages I did say could I haven them now as I'd like to go and have a bath is this what happens when you leave kids to run the hotels at the weekends it all goes wrong?? well that's the last time we venture to the west country obviously people don't like or wish to entertain you or want you to eat after a certain time of the day!! So avoid could you imagine this place in October argh 😤 even the girl went oh yeah that's what Seaton is like wow great tourism boost not.
