  Always stay here on our way to Cornwall, however, our last visit may well be the last. Check in machines not working queue out the door, only 1 person working. When it was our turn we were not asked if we wanted to book dinner in the restaurant, which usually happens. It was a Sunday night and no where open in all of Seaton. The hotel restaurant was apparently full! Yet only 6 tables in use, so we had to have crisps and peanuts and only ready salted crisps. Did raise this via social media and had various responses from PI bots, but as I would not provide my mobile number only email address no one came back to us! This used to be a great place to break journey with friendly staff but it seems to being run in the ground. Only 1 staff on at breakfast who was trying to clear tables, replenish food, check people in for breakfast. No more pastries at 09.00 is ridiculous when open to 10.00.

  Hotel room was big, bes was comfy, however when looking around you realise how dirty the room was.. Restaurant.. Breakfast was cold, half of the evening menu was not available, we ended up cancelling our desserts after waiting over 30mims for it... There was one member of staff, ( louise)within the restaurant who was very attentive and apologetic, upon checking out there were others complaining and threatening to check out hotel,

  Clean, cheap, powerful shower, quiet. Perfect for our motorcycle trip. Only a short ride from Lyme Regis. And more Importantly they listened to our bike security concerns and let us lock the bikes in a metal storage cage. Friendly accommodating staff. Thank-you. Will definitely use again.

  Lots of positives - nice clean room. EV chargers in the car park. The room was quiet except for the last morning when someone in the room above seemed to be stomping backwards and forwards continuously. The worst part of the experience was the restaurant. On our first night half the menu was unavailable. We ate elsewhere the following evening but thought we'd try the restaurant again on our third night - nope, it was shut. Ironic really as we'd chosen Seaton because it still had a restaurant (the restaurants at many other Premier Inns having shut in the great Beefeater and Brewers Fayre massacre).

  Arrived at the Premier Inn last weekend. I was given Room 5 accessible room. On opening the door there was a slight smell. The wetroom was clean, but definitely needed redecorating. I have seen better in a hospital. It was not very welcoming. When having a shower there was no where to place shampoos etc., which meant having to leave them on the floor. Surely this is not helpful for a disabled person using the shower. I am not disabled and found the room quite depressing. The bed was particularly low for some reason and lastly there was no glass or a bottle of water. These are usually in the rooms. The room was not particularly cheap and would have expected more comfort. The windowsill had screw holes that needed filling and repainting. I slept well, but would have expected better.
