Special thanks to night reception (The lady from Yorkshire) She arranged a downstairs room as she could see my husband would struggle with the stairs. So very thoughtful. Everyone was very helpful. - JJJessibeth15Aug 10, 20265.0Stayed for a night, lovely location. Staff friendly, room clean. Bathroom looked very clean and fresh. We had a Premier plus room so had a mini fridge in our room which was ideal as we had a baby with us and needed to keep milk cold. Travel cot available for baby (stated we needed it when we booked the room in advance). TV availabke with loads of channels. Super comfy beds with spare pillows available on top of wardrobe.
- EGElaine GodrichAug 1, 20261.0We arrived at 3.10 checked in and was given a room. Opening the room to find that it hadn't been cleaned, dirty cups still on the side and bed not made. I went downstairs and informed the receptionist who said she has told someone about it. She carried on checking people in and if their room wasn't ready she changed their room for another. After 10 mins I was still waiting for the situation to be sorted so I asked her why can't my room be changed? She give us a different room. This situation is unacceptable and disappointing.
