  Even a premier plus room is pretty basic. Bed comfortable. Nespresso privided, nice coffee. Room and bathroom spotless, shower good. Location quiet. Reserved for 2 ppl but only one towel provided. No bottled water in room or paper hankies, but available to purchase. Parking charged separately, seems safe. Convenient location and highly recommend nearby Suphas Street Food for dinner.

  Great little hotel but there are a few Premieres in a row so you need to make sure you go to the right one. Staff were so helpful, especially Liam. Happy, welcoming staff, even at dinner when they had some customer issues and there was a member of staff who was clearly a trainee, all dealt with admirably. Room, great, temperature, great, food, great. Would come again.

  I used to love this hotel but it is now a sad shadow of its former self. The rooms are unloved and need to be refurbished. The air conditioning does not work - 3 nights sweltering despite having complained and being promised maintenance would look at the air conditioning. My daughter was in the same hotel and her room also wasn’t working either so I suspect the whole hotel has the issue. The air con was just a glorified fan pushing warm air around. We ate in the hotel one evening and it was dreadful. Dry chicken burger, badly defrosted burger bun, dry chocolate brownie, still frozen fruit with a Greek yoghurt desert. Altogether a bad experience and having stayed there 4 times over the last 5 years we won’t be back. It’s such a shame as it’s in such a great spot and it used to be so great.

  Awful stay never been anywhere like it! When I arrived to check in I was met (after what felt like a lifetime) by a miserable receptionist, couldn’t understand a word he was saying, however the only information he missed was what the checkout time would be. The stay was only 1 night and thank god for that. After a few drinks me and my partner headed back to the hotel only to be met on the stairwell by a naked man… he had been locked out of his room, which didn’t make any sense because you need your key card to get onto the floor your staying on before even getting to your room. This had us seriously question the security levels of the hotel. My partner managed to keep him “contained” whilst I ran down to inform the reception team. The staff were so unprofessional about this, letting the man back onto the alleged floor he said he was staying on and that was that? Again major security concerns here! No apologies from staff just a “yeah we get this a lot” and a “keep the noise down” as if nothing had just happened??? Fast forward to the next morning we had breakfast booked, hoping we wouldn’t bump into the naked man again we ventured down the stairs. Straight away I was hit with this awful smell of sweat and faeces. The quality of the food was awful nothing was fresh, bread was stale and the fruit had flies all over it. With breakfast being 7-11 you would assume the food would be constantly topped up or replaced, I assumed incorrectly. Disgusting food, unbothered incompetent staff and just an absolute terrible hotel!

  My partner and I stayed here for 1 night. The service checking in was awful, we waited 5-10 minutes before someone eventually decided to check us in. The staff member wasnt very informative of the services provided and didnt give us clear directions to get to our room. He was also miserable. We also had an unpleasent experiance of witnissing a man, fully naked, roaming the staircases and hallways late at night. Having no access due to obviously not having a keycard made us question about the security of the hotel. Reception were not aware of this, and I, a customer, was left to deal with this matter. The reception team were informed by my partner and she was greeted with the team swearing and not being proffesional about the situation. Luckily, as far as im aware, theyre wasnt any children about. The staff member we spoke to laughed about the situation and said "This is normal". Again, making me question about the safety of the guests staying. The following morning, we had breakfast. The breakfast was awful. Flies were on the fruit, the coffee machine didnt have suffciant coffee beans or milk and i didnt see it topped up once. The "hot" food was luke warm at best and the milk for the cereal was somehow warmer than the food. The only good thing on the breakfast was the orange juice. I have stayed in many hotels, premier inns, travelodges, ect and this premier inn down on sutton harbour is by far the worst place i have stayed. An awful experience, ran by awful staff and the food was hardly edible. I shall not be staying again.
