- TTTroy TempestJun 19, 20265.0A fantastic, last minute stay. At the Derry Premier Inn. PLYMOUTH. Caitlin, Poppy and Mash. Where the Staff, That had nothing but welcoming, professional attitude. As being an ex development chef for major companies. I had nothing but the best service and comfortable experience, from the staff to the cleanliness,and the comfortable bed and the room. I went downstairs, this morning. Again to be welcomed by the morning staff. They all should be recognised, and rewarded for the above and beyond professionalism. I will definitely stay here, anytime I'm in plymouth

I had calamari for starters which was overcooked and extremely chewy , main course was overcooked fish and chips as the batter was impossible to cut (so hard)and even the sundae had too much crumble in it as it covered the table. I think they need a new chef. Hotel was good , clean and tidy but definitely wouldn't recommend eating there.

- ERElly RushMay 31, 20263.0On arrival, we waited at least 5 minutes before any staff were visible to allow us to check in. The room itself was good and clean, but the bed was incredibly loud. Everytime we moved it made a very loud noise and would wake us up. When we came down for breakfast we waiting around 10 minutes with no staff around. We decided to just sit down and have breakfast as no one was coming to seat us and tick our names off. No staff present for pretty much the whole of breakfast with nothing being topped up.
