Bed is not comfortable like every other premier ive stayed at , the bed creaked , doorstop smashed , shower rail hanging off the wall, paint on the walls cracking as extraction fan didnt work , the tv is terrestrial tv only not smart and you can hear everything in the hallway. The staff was just OK not very welcoming just gave the keys over and there you go. I suppose it's okay if you're only in plymouth to get slaughtered but then you'd just stay in the cheaper travelodge.

- AJAmanda JoyAug 2, 20265.0Myself and my family stayed at this hotel and we had excellent service from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for them poppy was fantastic and very caring. Our air con wasnt working and she took the time to go get an extra fan for the room. We only stayed here 1 night as couldn't get an extra night as was fully booked and had to go to another hotel but we came back to this hotel for food as the 1st night we had dinner the food was fabulous the chef who was called Jack cooked the food just as we liked it it was fresh and very tasty. Mash was on the 2nd night and was training a young man all they could was smile and laugh cos we were a bit noisy but this made this hotel the best by far we never got to quieten down and brought smiles and laughter to all the staff think they were gutted when we left but would defo stay at this hotel again the staff here u can't get better anywhere
