- DSDavid SchofieldJul 30, 20264.0We were here for a week. Rooms are ok, but they do pong a bit. First room we were in was on the ground floor and smelled off, a bit farty. We asked to be moved after 2 days due to noise from above and the staff were great and moved us to the 2nd floor. Room smelled a bit footy. Rooms are no longer cleaned daily, you now have to ask. Oh well, premier inn are not like they used to be. Good things: food was really good. Breakfast a total winner. Dinner really good too. Great price. Helpful staff. Free parking and plenty of parking. So if you have a big car or new car, you carry park here safely.
- BDbarry durkinJul 30, 20265.0Breakfast nothing ready no sausage no eggs no fresh orange coffee machine kept braking down when i asked the chef for assistance his answer was go see him at the back of house not helpful at all also bacon still squealing not a pleasnt experience the rooms were lovely as always on arrival i pressed for assistance when using self checking but no one assisted seems to me there well understaffed wont stay at this hotel again

Always happy to help and were polite aswell, not something you come across very often anymore. This premier inn puts others to shame, whoever is the manager has done an outstanding job at making this such a great hotel. Please pass my thanks onto the manager and staff for actually making this a pleasurable stay - 100 times better than any other premier inn I've stayed in. This is the only one which doesnt have to up their game!

People on shift were always a pleasure to speak to and were very attentive to all of my needs. No task was too much for the team and this is what great customer service should look like. Well done to the manager for running such a good ship and having some amazing staff members - credit to everyone there
