- PGPaul GibbonOct 29, 20261.0The room has mould all along the window and at the bottom of the walls. Mentioned this got asked what I expected him to do about it! Went to eat and had to wait 27 minutes just to get a menu. Took 44 minutes to get a drink. Poor bloke on his own whilst two others including tha same bloke as before sat watching. Waste of space will not be coming here again
- IIIanOct 13, 20264.0Reception staff busy when we arrived so used the self check in. Quick and easy although the staff member had to pass me some door cards, 1st impression off the room was good but soon saw that it's a little tired, marks/spills up the wall, grout in the shower going black and the bath panel blown probably due to a leak at some stage. The View from the room wasn't very nice either, looking at the bins etc. but we did have a quiet and comfortable night as always in a premier inn bed. Breakfast was fantastic as usual and being free from a deal that was emailed to me made it even better. Having free parking too makes it good too, all in all a very nice stay. All the staff were friendly and pleasant.
