- DPDawn Pratley6 days ago3.0Usual good service generally. The lady on reception when we booked wasn't overly helpful. Poor WiFi meant we paid twice and are now struggling to be reimbursed for the first amount. We had booked the room while sat in the car park. No record of it in reception so we booked it again. Both payments were taken in the end but no one wants to help. Poor customer service for this issue
- ALAnne LamacraftSep 30, 20262.0Poor, Poor Poor. Scaffolding covered the building. EXecutive roo. I booked was unavailable and this was not communicated. Not happy with this at all.

- DBDanielle BlackmanSep 20, 20265.0We stayed at Exmouth Sea Front Premier Inn, and our stay was really wonderful. The room was very clean and the bed was insanely comfortable! I want to order one!! Also, we had breakfast the next morning and it was soooo good. Angie is a huge credit to the company. I am very fussy with foods and how they’re cooked, and she listened to everything I said and made it perfectly. She was so kind and incredibly understanding. She is a wonderful lady! The manager, Claire is also a huge credit. She was welcoming, she made us feel comfortable and like nothing was an issue. Both of the ladies are fantastic! Would recommend the place to anyone!
- ACAndrea CrowtherAug 29, 20261.0This hotel should not be open as it is a building site covered in sheeting. And I don't mean just a few tubes of scaffolding and possible obstructed views as we were informed a month prior to arrival. It was too late to change hotels and we had paid £130 upfront not including breakfast. We should never have had to pay that kind of money and the hotel should be temporarily closed. Customers are being taken for mugs and it is an absolute eyesore for Exmouth seafront. Even the subcontractors looked sorry for us guests as we arrived in the car park as did the very pleasant front of house lady. I have written to Simon Ewins MD of Whitbread PLC hotels and his team and am awaiting a response after providing all my booking details.
