A special shout-out to Jayne in the breakfast area who was absolutely brilliant - attentive, warm and really looked after us. The breakfast itself was great, with a generous selection of both continental and hot options to set you up for the road ahead. Plenty of electric vehicle charging available too, which is a real bonus. Friendly staff throughout and a great vibe all round. We’ll definitely be stopping here again on our next trip down
- JJJaneMay 13, 20261.0I had my work leaving meal at Voco Zeal. I was asked to register my car on arrival, which I did. The meal was ok, not great and the service quite poor. A week later I received a parking ticket. I had stayed for longer than 3 hours. No- one had told me there was a time limit. It may be on the signage but frankly I wasn't expecting a hospitality venue to be restricting time for their customers to stay and spend money. I shan't be going back.
