- GGGary Adams garyaOct 8, 20265.0I travel a lot in the UK, staying in many hotels and I have to say this hotel stands out from the crowd. ALL the staff I met were excellent and the rooms, food, drinks and were top notch and the design and decor is fantastic. The rooms are so quiet too. Shout out to Poppy and Marie who could are warm and welcoming - thank you.
- PSPhil SmithOct 6, 20263.0Modern, convenient, clean and great service. Environmentally friendly which I really appreciate. Restaurant let it down on my last visit Food is excellent but not somewhere to eat if you’re hungry, the main course was tiny. The bill also come with service charge added as standard, which I find quite rude.
- ABAdam BuckleyOct 6, 20262.0I tend to always book IHG hotels as they’re pretty good at being accommodating should you arrive early and can leave a little later. However this particular hotel is not very accommodating at all, I arrived a little after 1pm to be informed no rooms have been cleaned yet!? What does all the cleaning happen two hours before people turn up?! First IHG Hotel that has been awkward about an early check in, will avoid this particular location in the future. Customer service was not up to the usual high IHG standard.
