  Bathroom clean but bedroom dusty and bed not well made. Staff friendly.

  Been using premium inn for over 15 years always my go to for a weekend away and always with work must do 40 Nights a year. But not after today u have imploded I feel so sorry for the staff running around not knowing what's going on huge queue at the bar for tables food drinks. Sorry but I will be using holiday inn from now on . It's a shame you had a great thing going but all things must come to a end. 😥

  Got put in the accessibility room for some reason. The room was utterly charmless with none of the furniture right for an able bodied person. The bathroom conjured up images of showering in a service station toilet. All slightly grubby and broken. I have only recently started staying at Premier Inns mainly for their decent desk space but will refuse to stay in an accessible room from now on. I feel sorry for disabled guests because this is grim.

  I strongly do not recommend First time ever I stayed here after returning from my holiday from Tenerife via Exeter Airport I stayed in Room 1 that cost me £96.00 for 1 night great price but I had a sleepless night the smoke alarm in room went off under a false alarm sounded like the smoke alarm in other rooms sounded too considering the noise from other guests next door what with their noise and antisocial behaviour next door and fake pretenences of a fire in building that woke me up the guests next door kept forcefully slamming the door closed causing antisocial behaviour and shouting and using foul language in the communal area. I was going to use this hotel again but after my first time ever experience no thanks The room was dusty very disappointing

  The hotel has a calm atmosphere. Room and toilet are clean. I checked-in in the afternoon; there's no meal deal offer, I couldn't have my tea for the night, the adjoining restaurant, Brewer Fayre do not offer dinner services (mentioned by the receptionist). I went there to check, I met a couple also checking, and the doors were locked. We had to go some miles away from the Inn to get food for the evening. 😔. The restaurant provided a good breakfast the next morning 😋. Parking at this Inn for guests is paid for per night, this doesn't sound good to me, as I have lodged at Coventry and Newport the previous nights and parking were free once you provide your car registration on the tab at the reception. But here in Exeter, you £8.50 per night 😡. The team should look into this.
