  Well you get what you expect at a premier inn. Location not bad just the roadworks they were doing 5 years ago are still happening, either that or they have started again so you have to go a couple of mile route past and back to get in carpark. Otherwise staff very friendly especially the breakfast server

  This Premier Inn was very convenient for a party we were going to.Were able to get early checking which was really good to drop off our case and not have to do the check in late at night after the party. It's much the same as all the other's we have stayed in .

  BEWARE. Upon arrival we registered our vehicle into their system and found our room . Like many others say ( it's tiered and needs a revamp but that wasn't the reason for one star) The reason for the one star is after 18 days of our overnight stay we were issued with a parking penalty notice. After calling different departments within Premier inn I got absolutely nowhere , there wasn't one person that could help.(absolutely disgusting in this day and age) The only way I could try and resolve this was by going through the appeal center on Horizon Parking with proof of my stay . Still waiting for the outcome . I don't do reviews as a norm but just felt I had to make people AWARE. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO ACTUALLY VIDEO YOURSELF INPUTTING YOUR VEHICLE DETAILS INTO THE SYSTEM SO YOU HAVE PROOF ITS BEEN DONE . Unnecessary i know but better to be safe than sorry

  I was staying here for work, so the hotel was booked for me. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, both at reception and at the Beefeater. The only thing that let the room down was having no air conditioning in extreme heat. However the staff had closed the curtains and there was a fan already switched on in the room when I entered it. I found the bed comfortably and the room clean. The cooked breakfast in the morning was great value
