  Used the countess wear as a stop off night on our way to Cornwall, all the staff were lovely, and helpful. Yes the place is a little dated but spotlessly clean, a quiet location and nice food, so sad the staff are losing their jobs. Such a great group of people.

  This is an old premier inn and it shows No air-conditioning or fans in the room Decoration needs so touching up Probably would not stay here again

  The "kerb appeal" of this Premier Inn and Beefeater is not great. However inside it is fine. It's a bit tired compared with other Premier Inns, but it was clean and felt safe. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location is easy to reach by car.

  I am disappointed by the room I've got due to the bad smell like urine kind coming from under the bed. I was given a new room after the receptionist had come to check the room, but even the new room I was moved in had also a unpleasant smell, but a little more acceptable than previous I experienced. I want to mention that the reception staff was very helpful and friendly.
