- CJC JMay 25, 20261.0Don't bother paying £15 for 11am check in. I turned up to be told it was subject to availability and they were still waiting for people to vacate their rooms. I had booked a Premier Plus room and paid for their meal deal too. Eventually got in at 11.30, hot, annoyed and unable to get showered and freshen up before my 12 noon appointment. Complained and was told by Sue that they were always complaining to Head Office as this was always happening! I complained to the customer liaison team only to be told that 11.30 was still within their acceptable check in time and they would not offer a refund of the c early check in fee.
- BBbrad wakey (bradwakey)May 21, 20265.0Nice stay whilst in Exeter with work. Good location, quiet rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast could have been a bit warmer so it was satisfactory but not fantastic - the breakfast buffet is what it is at Premier Inns. Overall I’d recommend this hotel!
