Only downsides are 1) no onsite parking, but there are two public car parks within 5mins and with 24hr stays possible - approx £15 2) the bar is rubbish, but there's loads of better pubs in town and on the quay

The receptionist came to the room to check that there was supposed to be someone sharing with me. Even though I confirmed there was, they said they could not let them up to the room and I had to go to reception to collect them. Yes, it was a bit of a faff, but they were focused on guest safety which you can't fault.
