  Plenty of payable parking, great staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Great choice at breakfast.

  This hotel is very easy to get to from the M5 junction 29 and is in a good position to easily access the airport also the surrounding supermarkets etc.We were visiting family for the weekend in Pinhoe just 2 mile down the road which was very handy . We had our small dogs with us so needed somewhere to stay which was dog friendly.This hotel is ideal for this as some of the downstairs rooms have a doggie package if you need it. Breakfast was also included which was very nice with traditional fry up or cereals with fruit and bakes etc. There is a bar if you fancy a drink at night. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and room clean and fresh clean towels available every day if required. The rooms are comfortable although a little dated ( hence 4 stars )but every thing in the room you would need for your stay including the air conditioning. If you need anything for the room or any information just ask at reception the staff are very accommodating. Wifi free.We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will use again in the future.

  Chose an option with car park, didn't expect to be paying so much for it. Even with the discount. Room was very tight. Not much space at all. But everything was clean and good quality Good service

  Great value for money. The staff were helpful, check-in was easy, and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also nice with a lot of selection. However, we checked in around 5pm and while we were unpacking a cleaner knocked very quietly. We didn’t answer at first as it genuinely sounded like it was coming from another room due to how easily you can hear everything through the walls. Before we even had a chance to get to the door she had already let herself into our room. We found this really strange and it made us feel quite unsafe, as it gave the impression that staff could just walk into the rooms whenever. She said she was adding toilet roll, but the whole situation just felt a bit off, especially as the room was clearly already clean and fully stocked with toilet roll. We also noticed there weren’t any areas where guests needed to tap their key cards to access the corridors on ground floor rooms, meaning anyone could realistically walk in through the front door and head straight to the rooms.

  Rooms are great, bed and duvet super comfy..Reception extremely helpful..Easy parking, but you pay extra.. Good breakfast..The air conditioning unit needs a service, and the shower tray is old style quite high...Care is neccessary when leaving the cabin!! But overall, good value for money..
