The room was very small with dusty headboards, hair in the shower. The ladies working on Tuesday morning were too busy in their own conversation about how bad housekeeping are to notice they had guests right next to them. The location is fantastic for being nearby the city center and meant everything was walking distance. Personally would not stay again, but I would like to say that Charlotte was superb, a real credit to the hotel. She seemed very overworked on Monday but she was as sweet as pie and very very helpful with a constant smile on her face! Thank you Charlotte.

Parking is the main sorethumb which they will mention before booking . Works out 18 pounds per 24 hours . The parking gets full very quickly with lots of vans and other business people .There is a shopping centre on the other side if bridge where you can park 24 hours and pay as per the board . There are lots of fast food restaurants in the shopping centre and nearby . Easy to get on A30 to go anywhere.
