I've never stayed in a Holiday Inn before, so wasn't too sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was welcomed by friendly reception staff. The room was quiet and clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower, warm and powerful. Nice to have Dove shower gel etc in the bathroom too! I liked the sofa in the room and was nice to relax on reading a book. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of hot and continental choices. Great location for Exeter St David's station and a quick 10/15 minute walk into the centre of town. I'd stay here again and recommend the hotel.

I spent 5 nights here so I could attend a business convention at the university. The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was a good size with a hair dryer and iron provided. The bathroom is modern with a large walk-in shower. The staff were lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was well stocked had everything you needed to start off your day. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the city centre with its great selection of shops and restaurants. We brought our own vehicle and the hotel has safe parking next to it with a discount provided to guests (£18 per 24hrs) Exeter is a beautiful city and we hope to visit again one day.

Good stay and conveniently location a couple minutes off the high street. Breakfast options are decent along with dinner if you want to stay in. The staff are friendly, kind and polite. The rooms are serviced once a day with the cutoff time being 2 pm.
