  Had a amazing stay hear 9th May 2026 myself an my daughter were attending a family wedding 2 o'clock sat afternoon drove from Liverpool early but check in wasn't till 3 ,Ashley the lovely guy on the desk checked us in as room was ready was about 12 o'clock what a very polite helpful young man he was from start to finish gave us directions to our venue etc, quite a fhew wedding guest also stayed hear,Ashley you are a credit to ur company staff were very polite i 100% recommend the rhuddlan hotel i will definitely be bk in the future THANKYOU

  I recently stayed at a Premier Inn and came away genuinely impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The room itself was spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed—true to Premier Inn’s reputation—was exceptionally comfortable, giving me one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The blackout curtains and quiet atmosphere made it easy to fully relax and recharge. I was also pleased with the little details: plenty of tea and coffee supplies, a powerful shower with consistent hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi that worked seamlessly throughout my stay. Everything felt well-maintained and cared for. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. There was a great variety of options, all fresh and well-prepared, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and staff were attentive without being intrusive. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. It offered excellent value for money without compromising on comfort or quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Premier Inn again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I stayed during Easter and a staff member gave me Easter eggs for the kids. Great hospitality👍

  lovely warm welcoming by reception, room were very clean and staff were helping. lovely stay would definitely come again next time i visit wales

  Standard Prem Inn. Pub next door does an all you can eat breakfast which was an excellent start to the day. Evening service sadly was not what I would expect. Very busy, and not enough staff.
