She has been a smile all through our stay and made our stay amazing. Thank you

The staff were lovely, and everything I needed was close by - whether that was food at the hotel restaurant, McDonald’s, or just a quick 2-minute drive into the city centre. A big shout-out to the team for handling my issues so quickly. I had a few minor problems with my room, but the maintenance staff member (T), receptionist (Ellie), sorted everything out straight away to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Everyone was friendly and cheerful, especially Natalie from housekeeping. Thanks to all the staff - I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in the area. The only small downside was the £3 per night charge for parking. That said, it’s still great value for 24-hour access. It might even be simpler to just include it in the room price so guests don’t have to think about it.
