  Very disappointing experience. I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and my room was cleaned only once, yet I never complained. On checkout day, I was 30 minutes late and told the staff I would leave within 10 minutes. Shockingly, only 2 minutes later they opened the door and entered my room without waiting for permission. I understand I was late, but this was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After an 11-day stay, I expected much better treatment and respect for guest privacy.

  Recently during a very hot day my own house was unbearable to stay inside, so I booked a room at this nearby Premier inn right at the last minute. The price paid was very reasonable considering it was a last minute booking, the staff were all very polite, friendly and gave excellent customer service. The room was very clean and modern, although not Air conditioned the fans in the bedroom were amazing and kept the room cool, the bed was very comfortable and I had a great night sleep.

  One of the best premier inns I’ve visited. Staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant seemed very new and very clean. Quiet nights sleep. Two fans in room. Bathroom very clean and seemed updated to ones I’m stayed in before. Next time I visit Alton towers I will 100% be returning.

  We were in a room, Room above was making noise +++ Spoke to Hannah member of staff at reception, who delt with it accordingly, found there was too many people in the room above us. Moved us to a party of the hotel where we would have nobody above us for our 2nd night of the hotel. Very lovely apologetic though it was not her fault, she was very polite and accommodating. Thank you

  When we went to our room we immediately noticed a horrible smell. It was coming from the bathroom. As we walked in the flour was sticky . Lifted the toilet seat and there was urine all over it , under the seat and faeces on the toilet bowl . No telephone in the room so had to walk back to reception. The man at the desk said they had new cleaning staff and offered us a box of fudge and we were moved to a new room but the occupants opposite had clearly not read the signs asking guests to be considerate to others . We needed a sleep as we were exhausted after a long day and the adults were allowing their children to run up and down the corridor and constantly rattle the handles of other people’s rooms . The restaurant staff were polite and friendly and the food was nice .
