Soo welcoming and friendly it was a welcome change to world we live in , even through we were early Simon greeted us , with smiles and a coffee , chatted with us until we could check in . This warmth was echoed with all the staff working there , greeting us with smiles, friendly chats and banter every morning with the tasty breakfast ! The room was clean , comfy and the location was super easy to park in, find and lovely and close to download festive ! 15/10! We Defidently stay here again ! Kind regards Martin
- GGGarethJun 15, 20265.0The perfect place to stay for Download Festival weekend. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for the weekend. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice even for vegetarians. A special mention to Simon at breakfast, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d also like to thank the chef for preparing the vegan breakfast options on request. When I chatted with him, he was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a brilliant stay with great service throughout. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
