  Location is very convenient for work travel. Staff are very helpful and food was great. Very impressed.

  Restaurant food was okay, but the food service staff were quite rude. The items we asked for were not clearly available on the menu and whenever we asked about something, we were told they didn’t have it. I asked them to tell me which items they had available, but they ignored my request and were very rude. At the end, I finish the order they said, “It’s too much.” We were simply asking what options were available. The staff could have been more polite and helpful. I don’t book this hotel anymore

  Great city centre location. Offers early check-in for £15. Staff were helpful, room was comfortable and breakfast (chargeable) was nice. Personally I'd prefer it if they had walkin showers rather than showers over a bath.

  Worst hotel I stayed in during my visit, and possibly ever. The hotel itself had a foul odor, however the room had an even more foul odor (it smelled of feces). Every chair was stained in the worst way, and I really didn’t feel comfortable touching any surface. The bathroom potently smelled of mildew and the “clean” towels had someone’s pubic hair all over them . The bathroom was almost completely out of soap and toilet tissue when we first arrived, staff are unreachable. There are zero amenities other than the absolute bare minimum. Overnight was only made bearable by purchasing a room spray to try and alleviate it. The wifi that YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR wouldn’t work at all. At ALL. There is absolutely no perk to this hotel other than the price. We ended up eating the cost of the stay for our second night because we could not stand the smell and needed to use wifi. Upon checkout, there were no clear instructions and the only staff to be found were talking to themselves behind the restaurant bar, ignoring a gentleman who walked away very frustrated. They were not happy to help and the box to put your room key in at checkout is small, clear, tucked away with barely a sign so good luck finding it. You have been warned if you decide to brave this place.
