- EEexperienceJun 29, 20261.0The smell throughout the hotel was unbearable. As soon as I stepped into the corridor, I was hit by a strong, unpleasant odor. Inside the room, the smell was even worse—a combination of mustiness and a strong urine-like odor. The room was poorly ventilated and received almost no natural sunlight, making the air feel stale and unhealthy. I was genuinely concerned about the air quality during my stay, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. This was one of the worst hotel environments I’ve experienced, and I would not recommend staying here.

Particular thanks to Candice who demonstrated patience, in abundance, and professionalism trying to deal with Amex GB. It is very rare to receive such excellent service these days. Well done to Candice and Premier Inn, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for Amex GB
