- SASamer AdraAug 13, 20265.0There is a lady at the reception desk called Kelly, who was a total champ when my mum felt unwell and had to cut her holiday short. She was very kind and helpful, and made sure that everything was taken care of. Thank you, Kelly, for being so professional.
- SNSirus NeoAug 3, 20261.0Arrived after a five‑hour journey, even got there thirty minutes early with no delays. Tried to ask about an early check‑in and was ignored at the desk. The first staff member snapped that she “hadn’t started her shift yet,” while the other was at least polite. We returned later, only to be greeted with an aggressive “What’s your name?” and the same rude attitude throughout. We were spoken to sharply, shouted at, and told we had to book a breakfast time — then she tried to book one for us without asking. When I calmly said her behaviour was rude and aggressive, she denied it, claimed she was “recording this for her own safety,” and stepped away, even though we were just standing at the desk. Overall, extremely unprofessional and hostile service.
