  Comfy bed that's about all really! Nice that there's a USB port by the bed but no power points near the bed I have a CPAP and so had to go and buy an extension lead. The breakfast was cold and quite fad so eat as much as you like is not going to happen even the crumpets for example not upto much! VERY DISSAPOINTING.. The quick QR check-in didn't work and only one towel in the room not what you expect with a room booked for two PEOPLE! The room wasn't serviced or checked even having left the card on the door at 0600hrs and returned in the evening having spoken to staff physically and they said oh there is a cupboard with towels over here if you want - Honestly you get better service in a youth hostel! Premier Inn is no longer a premier choice. There are brand standards and if this is the new standard your business will surely suffer and that is a shame.

  Not good at all. Hair not my own in the bath. Resteraunt awful. Food was cold and very limited choice at 7.30pm as they had run out of fish and other items. However went to get my full English breakfast this morning which I had prepayed to be told there was no chef so it was continental only. Fuming

  Bit disappointed, despite being informed of my son's allergies which are not uncommon when we sat down to order they advised there was nothing he could eat and they would not serve him. They had a shocking lack of knowledge of each dishes contents to identify where the allergen is and therefore could be withheld. We were forced late at night to find somewhere for him to eat, which was not easy in an area we did not know. We have up to now been a big fan of Premier Inns

  EDIT: this is the response to your generic reply, your customer relations team are the ones that wanted to negotiate a discount on the fine! I keep getting fined for the car park every time I stay here this time I was offered discount on the fine! I stay in your hotel and use your car park and put the reg into your computer. The restaurant is poor, the staff are fine, but the food was terrible. The room wasn't great, no air con, staff rooms or cupboards by the room constantly have people in and out of them during the night.

  Have been staying since last two years but things have changed so much. Camilla in restaurant has been always rude and unprofessional… Although I had good experiences with Jack, Anthony but Camilla has been very unprofessional.. I have already reduced my stay from 10 nights every month to 2-3 per month which also I am planning to reduce as it’s disgraceful to have such poor customer service.. I have attached few photos of empty table at 9 pm & I was told that all tables are occupied… Not the first time Camilla has done this.. I would recommend to avoid this hotel for stay and food as they have biased people like Camilla
