  Above average Premier Inn, due to the fact, as it's in a great location, the staff actually go out of their way to make tou feel both welcome and help you get the most out of your visit. Eat as much as you want breakfast and an on site restaurant serving wholesome food is another plus. Can't say anything about parking, but a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Another 5 minutes from the Promenade and in-between the retail park and old town. Plenty to see and do. And thanks once again Cara, for helping me, when you could have been eating your breakfast. Definitely a 5* stay.

  The food was acceptable, but the service and attitude of the staff were very disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the whole dining experience unpleasant. I expected much better customer service.

  Another solid Premier Inn with the usual comfy bed, clean rooms and good value breakfast - plenty of granola, fruit and cereal on offer as well as a decent fry up. Just a shame Premier Inn don't allow access to fresh air in your bedroom - makes for a quiet but stuffy night if like me, you like a bit of sea air by the sea...

  Honestly cannot complain about a single thing in Llandudno town centre premier inn. Super clean (and we are fussy when it comes to cleanliness). Absolutely stunning building and located right in centre of town within walking distance to a lot of shops and great for touristy type trips. The staff were very happy to help and the vibe in the bar area was lovely. Within walking distance to train station and to the beach and great orme.
