  21 of us stayed here for my mum’s 80th birthday weekend. Hotel great position, very clean and staff were fab. Nothing too much trouble and made a fuss of my mum. Breakfast was beautiful too. Thank you for making our weekend great 😊

  Our stay was great, although the entrance was not obvious at first. Room was tidy and just what we needed after a long trip. We felt a bit rushed to order our dinner last night and the waitress never asked if we had any alergies. Sandra was more than accommodating this morning and went above and beyond to make sure my wife had an allergy free breakfast. Would recommend this place as it is not far from most amenities in Llandudno.

  The room facilities were old and poorly maintained. The toilet seat was loose, and the clothes hook in the bathroom was broken. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the windows could not be opened, making the room very uncomfortable. The TV remote control did not work, and the shower head holder was broken, so the shower head kept moving towards the wall while showering. There was also no non-slip mat in the bathtub. Unfortunately, my daughter slipped and fell while taking a shower. Thankfully, she was not seriously injured, but this was clearly a safety concern and could have resulted in a much more serious accident. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of basic maintenance were very disappointing, especially considering the safety issue with the bathtub.

  Only stayed for one night,yet every second was amazing,staff were the best,room was so clean we didn’t even find any dust anywhere,wish I could have stayed longer,didn’t even hear other guests,bed was so comfortable
