  Whilst not wowed with the location and I just about secured a parking space, I did think the rooms were fabulous. Spotless, comfortable bedding, good shower, friendly staff and air conditioning that had me tempted to book in for a week! A very pleasant business stay.

  A bit out of the centre of Cardiff but the location in the old docks was beautiful and our appartment smallish but just what we needed

  We book to stay here add a treat whilst going to the theatre and spending some time exploring. I suffer from a feather allergy and we contacted them directly on st last 5 occasions over a month after booking asking them to confirm if the room has any feather bedding pillows cushions or chairs. There has been more response too multiple emails and my wife has telephone at least 3 times to be told each time that the head of housekeeping would reply. More than s month later still no reply! Clearly this location has book concern for the wellbeing of safety of their guests. I would strongly advise anyone to question the safety of staying at this location if they can't even answer a simple question like that. We have stayed in many hotels b and b and self catering locations over they years and every other one has responded the same day. We even had some who offered to cancel s the couldn't be sure there wasn't any feather in the room. Needless to say we have found somewhere else that car about the safety of their guests. Avoid!

  Its located between the city centre and Cardiff Bay. They are both in walking distance. It's next to a river. The staff are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a studio suite, which we loved. It was quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.

  We picked this location because it had parking but when we checked in we discovered parking was far from guaranteed and totally inadequate for the amount of guests staying here and at the Holiday Inn next door. It was a long walk to Cardiff Bay's restaurants and a long walk into Cardiff city centre from here. If hotel parking is unavailable you have to pay and park on the street and it's really not the best area tbh. Our suite was a good size and the bedroom and bathroom were excellent. The kitchenette was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The little sitting area was very disappointing with an uncomfortable sofa and a dirty footstool. The small balcony was quite nice and we were able to enjoy it during our stay. The staff were very nice indeed. The breakfast was really good and the young Japanese guy working there was super nice and he kept the place immaculate. There is a nice snug area which was very popular with guests. We also made use of the large lounging area with tea and coffee facilities when some family popped in to see us during our stay. I don't know how you could stay here without a car but without ample parking I don't know why you would stay here. Kind of a shame as it is a nice place and the staff were all lovely.
