  My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn to use as a base to explore Cardiff and to see the mighty Metallica 28th June 2026. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable bed and clean towels as usual. The breakfast was spot on as always, all you can eat. Our food was eaten at the Beefeater restaurant next door (attached) so easily accessible whatever the weather. We also booked two nights of evening meals there which were very tasty and options for different pallets, descently priced too. The staff both at the Beefeater and in the Premier Inn were all spot on. Polite, helpful and friendly. We will certainly return to explore south Wales further. Thank you to all the staff for making our long weekend so great. Cheers 🍻

  We needed a room for the night after a long drive so naturally chose the Premier inn again. The bed was so comfortable and they have a good shower. Unfortunately they were waiting for a delivery so the breakfast choice was very limited. In the words of Meatloaf two out of three ain't bad !

  We had a lovely stay for a couple of days while attending my sister’s wedding. We stayed in the family room and arrived a few hours early as we were travelling from Essex. Kim, the manager, was absolutely brilliant. She could see we were a little stressed when we arrived and kindly suggested we go and get something to eat while she worked on getting our room ready. Within half an hour, the room was available for us, which was a huge help. Nothing was too much trouble for Kim. When we needed extra pillows, she sorted it. When we needed an iron and ironing board, she sorted that too. She even gave my boys some biscuits, which was a lovely touch. Premier Inn is very lucky to have a manager like Kim—she provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. The room was clean, the food was good, and overall we had a great experience. We would definitely stay again and would happily recommend this hotel to others. My only minor suggestions would be that family rooms could benefit from a larger bin and a bit more storage space, especially when staying with children. Thank you to Kim and the team for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊
