  Always good to stay here. Been using for around 4 years. Staff are very easy to talk to friendly and always help. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Parking is good, including drop off area, dont forget to register the vehicle when checking in. Breakfast and evening meals are nice, affordable and filling. The bar is well stocked. Location is outside of the city, but easy to find off the main road, but around 15-20 minute taxi in depending which side of the city you need. Recommended as an easy zero stress place to stay.

  Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I asked to speak to the manager regarding my booking, but a staff member told me the manager was busy and that they would call me shortly. They took my phone number, but nobody called me back. The staff member was also rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. I expected much better customer service and at least the courtesy of a promised callback. Very poor experience.

  The automated checking in system did not work even after trying it on 2 machines. Even though we are pensioners we were given a room on the 4th floor right at the end of the corridor.

  Not sure why this Premier Inn has less that 4 stars here. I just stayed there for two nights and was really very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The food was as good as any other Premier Inn I've stayed at, and one of the nights I decided to have a meal in the restaurant and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and affordable price. Service was good all round, lots of free parking, and although the environs weren't spectacular, it's a convenient spot for Cardiff and the motorway.
