The other day I slipped in the bathroom because there was no seal on the shower glass where it meets the bath frame, which caused water to flood the floor. When I got out of the shower, I slipped and injured myself badly. I reported the incident to reception, but the staff member simply gave me a piece of paper with a phone number to call—no accident report was completed, and they seemed unsure of what to do. When I called the number provided, they said they could not help because the staff member had failed to log the accident properly.
