    I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years. While its prime location—right across from a park and Cardiff Castle, and just minutes from the city center—is a definite plus, what truly makes for a comfortable stay is the kindness and dedication of the entire staff (including Richard, Stacy, Said, Blanca, and George—apologies to those whose names I haven't mentioned).

    Brilliant location. Very easy to access central Cardiff. Service from Said on arrival was 10/10, very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are slightly dated but provide exactly what you need. Good quality food available at the hotel bar. Checkout service from reception felt quite curt. All in all a pleasant stay and would recommend.

    Excellent location in Cardiff. Castle, Bute Park, Cardiff University, and shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff extra helpful with great directions and recommendations.

    Fantastic service,Fantastic location,rooms needs a little updating. The location is brilliant for exploring the city and the service we had was excellent. Thet room itself was fine, it was just the bathroom that let the room down slightly. That being side I would more than recommend a stay here. A massive plus is the parking which at 17 pound for 24 hours is a bargain.

    Great Location for Exploring Cardiff We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Cardiff. One of the best things about the hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the city centre and just a short walk from Cardiff Castle, one of the city’s most famous landmarks. Restaurants, shops and many of Cardiff’s main attractions are also within easy walking distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our room was tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After spending the day exploring Cardiff, it was nice to come back to a quiet and relaxing place. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. With its excellent location, cleanliness and comfort, I would happily consider staying here again if I return to Cardiff. I would definitely recommend it, especially to anyone who wants to explore the city on foot.
