  Excellent service by friendly and accommodating staff even when asked for things out of the ordinary, good rooms, quiet and comfy nights sleep, very clean bathroom, food excellent, high quality for value cost

  We were really happy with our stay in July 2026. The hotel is off of the main highways, but sits on a once-busy main road. There are at least 3 large grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, local restaurants and fast-food walking distance, our room faced the front/side and we had zero traffic noise. No restaurant on premise but they do offer a breakfast - maybe not the healthiest or freshest but it will fill you up for a day out. Oatmeal, toast/baked goods, fresh apples, oranges, bananas, yoghurt pots, hot processed eggs, sausages, potatoes, baked beans, cold cereals, a auto-pancake station, plus coffee, tea, juices. There are ice machines on alternating floors and a tuck shop next to the front desk. The lobby is spacious and bright, staff are polite and helpful, there is an indoor pool on the ground level, and my only criticism is the self-park open parking lot. The lot was often near capacity. We had very easy access to major highways (Queensway, Hwy 416, Hwy 7) and multiple surface road routes to get to the hotel which came in handy during summer construction. We would stay here again.

  Our stay at the holiday inn Coventry m6 was lovely, we really enjoyed it. At breakfast Carlie went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, she made sure that the children were happy and entertained. She is very helpful and hardworking... Thank you so much Carlie!

  A great room with excellent facilities including much appreciated air conditining for the perfect comfort level. Great help and assistance from Tom and Rom with any queries. A perfect venue for small, large, quick or all day meetings. I will definitely use again. The hotels location just off the M6 makes it easy to find and commute to other locations in thecarea.

  I stay at the Holiday Inn Coventry regularly, and I wanted to take the time to recognise the exceptional service provided by Sam. Every time we stay, Sam goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure we have the best possible experience. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, and his willingness to help always stands out. It’s employees like Sam who make us choose to return time and time again. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service are a real credit to the hotel. He consistently exceeds our expectations, and we truly appreciate everything he does for us. Thank you, Sam, for always making our stays so enjoyable.
