- IHIan HewittMay 8, 20263.0Not the best Premier Inn we've stayed in. I'll list the faults: Security door to rooms, not working and almost always open so the outside world had free access. TV in room broken, stuck in 2005 unable to update it, BBC1 no service at all. Also sound not working, for people who are hard of hearing, we struggled. Towel rail is in the shower, so towels will get wet whilst you shower. Extractor fan in bathroom, not working. Breakfast food basically overcooked bad produce, packet scrambled egg, the rest was dire, little thought or care from kitchen, and awful buffet on cold bain Marie Staff in restaurant surly and desperate for us to leave. We won't be back.
