Well-placed for access around Cornwall's south coast and the east (Looe, Polperro, Liskeard, Trago, a short hop away from the Eden Project, and 25 minutes' drive to Truro. Rooms are well-presented, but lack air-conditioning, so do get hot in summer (each room has a large fan, and thin sheets are available from reception). Quiet, calm hotel, doom rooms have amazing views over woodland. The pub on yhe grounds offers good pub food and a wide selection of drinks, there's also Niles' Bakery across the road, and the excellent Salty Bay Pizza restaurant up the road, which also offers take away. Great vibe in Salty Bay. Have stayed here several times, always a great stay. Charlestown, Carlyon Bay and Porthpean Beach all within short driving reach.

Stayed here for 4 nights on business. Friendly front of house staff who always had a smile on their faces. Free parking. Cleanliness could be much better. Overly hot in rooms - put the fan on which was very loud so not a good nights sleep and couldnt keep window open due to noise from busy road. Located away from everything but you do need transport to get anywhere. Really good, well stocked breakfast.

There’s something reliably comforting about a stay at Premier Inn. From the moment you walk in, everything feels straightforward, clean, and well thought-out—exactly what you want when you’re away from home. The check-in process is quick and hassle-free, and the staff are genuinely welcoming without being over the top. Rooms are modern, tidy, and surprisingly quiet, even if the hotel is busy. The bed really does live up to its reputation—soft enough to sink into, but still supportive, making it easy to get a solid night’s sleep. One of the best parts is how consistent everything feels. You know what you’re getting: a spacious room, a decent shower, and simple touches like tea and coffee facilities that make a difference after a long day. It’s not about luxury—it’s about comfort done right. Breakfast is another highlight, especially if you go for the full option. There’s plenty of choice, and it sets you up well for the day ahead. Whether you’re travelling for work or just a quick getaway, it’s the kind of place where everything works the way it should. Overall, a stay at Premier Inn is easy, reliable, and genuinely relaxing—sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Good location, fairly quiet area next to office block industrial estate. Put keycard in slot in room to get power to the room. Couldn't find a lift between floors. Not far from Eden Project and a Spoons in town. Room and shower room were immaculate. In the shower room they'd used MDF skirting and door surround which had started to get a bit frayed and swell up on the edge. Hand wash, towels and shower gel were supplied. No sign of a shaver socket in the shower room.
