- NDNatalie Dale1 day ago2.0Awful room 3rd time staying no issues any other year. Just this room stank like stale wee and sweat. Bathroom i dare not take my shoes off on the floor, carpets filthy and Bathroom needed a serious hands and knees scrub on the floor!

PI management refused to take responsibility and do not appreciate that it is unpractical to change rooms when arriving with two young children at 1am. Do not answer the telephone despite what time you call and how long you wait on the line. Very poor and makes the £72 for the night seem expensive.
