- FWFlorence WilliamsOct 1, 20265.0Had a really lovely stay at the Premier Inn in Truro. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the whole check-in process was quick and easy. A special mention to Tracy on reception, who was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and she was really pleasant to speak to. The bedroom was also really clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The whole hotel was well looked after and had a really nice, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience and the staff really made the stay. Would definitely stay here again when we’re next in Truro

- MAMitul AminSep 20, 20265.0Just had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn in Truro. Hats off and thank you to the awesome people Tracy and Martin — warm, friendly and very welcoming. They are a treasure trove of local information and a joy to chat with. As with all Premier Inns I have stayed at so far, the property is immaculate. I was in the neighbourhood last weekend but the inn was full, so I had to stay elsewhere — another big-name place I won’t mention. Staying here this weekend makes the contrast even more stark. My recommendation: book early and you won’t have to compromise.
