Solid performance by Premier Inn St Austell.
I made a mistake with my booking. Sophie was very helpful in sorting that.
Rooms good. Breakfast good.
Friendly morning welcome from Pam & Chloe.
Can't fault it if you're looking for a hotel in this price range.

Stayed here in business a few times and is in need of renovation. Rooms and restaurant are tired and dated.
Outdoor area doesn't seem to be maintained.
Staff as always are friendly and attentive just a little thin on the ground.
Evening meal was really poor quality. We also felt rushed as we're told that last food order was 20:50 (booked for 20:30)
Breakfast was ok though.

Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel was a little run down. The pub attached The Carclaze, needs a gardener, a good clean and a revamp. Tired and dirty. Food was decidedly average. Bins outside were full as were all the ashtrays. Lots of cigarette butts on the ground right next to the entrance to the pub. Yuk!

one of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in. Clean, tidy and incredibly friendly staff. Car park was spacious. The only negative was the pub attached to it. Whilst the breakfast was good and staff friendly, the night before we did not receive the same friendly service. It was like I was an inconvenience and the food was almost thrown on the table at us!

Always love a Premier Inn and never book anywhere else. This time was no exception. The only issue was that the AC was not working and even though they provided an upright fan during a heat wave it does little to cool things down. But other than that, it was business as usual to their usual high standard and will definitely be back.
Thank you Carglaze Premier Inn.👏🏻
