  Great experience at this premier inn, the rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and breakfast was good. Staff service stood out the evening we arrived - special thank you to the two ladies working the night of the Eclipse, they were lovely and one of them was kindly sharing her eclipse glasses with anyone that didn’t have them - made my young Son’s day being able to experience this - Thank you.

  This is my second visit to Newquay seafront and again was not disappointed The rooms were spotless, all staff very welcoming but Danni and Rach offered excellent service could not do enough to support me thank you girls. The food in the restaurant was also lovely I will definitely be returning in the future Highly recommended

  We were in the premium room and even tho we asked everyday for cleaning, in a whole week, they came to clean once only because I did a big complain. When they came they did not clean well anyway, in fact they left a bag of trash on the desk. Once day I went down in reception and they made me pay almost 4£for a coffe ( I wanted a real cappuccino) while the woman just show me the machine and told me to do it myself. G obviously was not the professional machine with milk foam). I just wonder how someone charge 4£ for a coffee that taste like dirty water and expecially when you need to do it yourself. Save your money there are a lot of nice hotels next to this one !

  The hotel itself is good. Standard Premier Inn with good rooms, food and parking facilities. The reason for giving 2 stars is the attitude and service we received from the duty manager, Trudy. She was standoffish and obnoxious to myself and 2 of my family members. She had poor customer service and was generally a displeasure to speak to. I must say all other staff were lovely and very friendly.

  We had a fantastic stay! The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right opposite the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea and beautiful views at any time of the day. The breakfast was lovely, with and a special mention goes to the breakfast staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive every morning. The lady on the Friday morning always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely looked after. The hotel cleaning staff are also very friendly and did a great job cleaning our room during our stay, despite obvious challenges related to beach sand. Overall, a wonderful hotel in an amazing location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
