  The carpet leading to the rooms is getting a little tired and their are bleach stains on the floor. The first room we had the bed was broken. I did report it on the second night and we moved rooms. The rooms are very tired and there were holes in the wall were repairs had been started and not finished. The location on the sea front is amazing 👏 which is why I've scored a 4 as its very close to travel links. Some staff are lovely others not so much.. we had a good holiday but we will be looking elsewhere if we go back to Newquay

  We always use premier inn ,,and our stay at Newquay was a absulute tresure,the staff are always very helpfull,and are always greated with a smile 5 stars not enough they all desrve praise ,the room we had premier plus with see view ,what a fantastic room very very clean ,my wifes only bug bear was she did not like the cold shower or cold water in bathroom but by morning it was back to hot ,i think they have a problem,but everything else was up there withe best ,breakfast and evening meal was well worth it cooked to perfection ,thank you all for a very memorable stay and we will be back ,once again thank you all

  Absolutely fabulous stay at this premier inn again, as we were there December 2025 also. The manager 'Yan' and his staff (particularly the lady working in the evenings, forgot her name,) were wonderful with a great welcome. Nothing was too much. Thank you from both my husband and myself and the whole basketball team. We hope to return. Cheryl and phillip webb

  :Amazing view, but the staff make this hotel truly special When we booked this hotel, we thought the highlight would be the view – and it really is incredible, looking straight out over the beach and the sea. But what made our stay so wonderful was actually the staff: the service was absolutely fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked tirelessly to make sure every part of our break was perfect. The whole hotel and our room were spotlessly clean, neat and well kept throughout. We also really enjoyed the food – it was delicious and great quality. A wonderful stay, we’d definitely come back!

  We are currently doing a road trip around Cornwall and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, manager Yann was very welcoming from the beginning and was very helpful giving us information on the area and where to go for dinner as it was my birthday. We had a sea view room and the view was amazing! Only suggestion I would make is making sure the windows are cleaned as they were abit dirty but didn’t spoil our stay as we would come back to this hotel. The ladies were lovely during breakfast service, overall a lovely comfortable stay and in the heart of Newquay.
