Thank you to Rachael who made our stay at the weekend at the Newquay front premier inn from saving us on the self check in machine to accommodating us for dinner. It truly makes a difference when the staff really have their guests interests at heart so thank you

Great location for beeches, supermarkets and proximity to train station and town centre. Great service provided by Danni, and the breakfast service team. Only issue is parking being quite expensive relative to other local car parks near by
First stay in a very long time at Premier Inn. Hotel carpark is very expensive, other car parks nearby that are much cheaper. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Big soft towels. Free hot drink refills downstairs. Breakfast was ample. Really liked the person behind the hotplate, gives a better impression than their competition hotel. Nice bread for toast but thought the pancakes were a bit rubbery. Only apricot jam on offer. Restsurant well laid out. Nice views over the bay.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I was on the 1st floor and from around 8pm until 2am there was constant banging, stomping, heavy walking and noise coming from the room above. It was impossible to relax or sleep.
I reported the issue twice to the night staff, first at around 11:30pm and again at 1am and absolutely nothing was done. The noise continued for hours with no intervention, no follow-up, and no attempt to resolve the situation. It then started again at 6:30am the following morning.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. I had to chase the issue again in the morning myself, only to be told the only option was to call customer service. No apology, no ownership, and no resolution after an entire night of disruption.
If you want a peaceful, quiet, or restful stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel
