- RBRich Brammer2 days ago4.0This was always our go to hotel in Cornwall. This visit hasn't lived up to expectations. I understand the hotel is due an upgrade, it feels a little tired. The shower didn't work properly, reported it but nothing was able to be done during the stay, a towel was ripped and not fit for purpose. The little things make the difference. After booking we were informed the restaurant was only open for breakfast, this wasn't the case and due to the efforts of the staff to provide that service I gave 4 stars, I think only 3 would have been deserved. A shame because the location is ideal, usually we have a great stay, loads of parking and restaurant and bar great to use. I hope the the changes make the difference.

The receptionist who was on the front desk throughout our duration was absolutely amazing excellent customer service always friendly and always asked if we was enjoying our stay. Also Shane from the restaurant is a credit to premier inn very helpful informative and went above and beyond for us. We will be visiting this hotel again in September.
- CWCarol WhitelawJun 14, 20263.0Disappointing stay at this Premier Inn at Quintrell Downs. The room we were allocated was dingy and very basic compared to other premier inn locations we have stayed. Noisy as close to reception and restaurant. The location is at the junction of a busy road too. Lots of parking available. Restaurant was busy and we were lucky to get a table an hour after arriving Saturday evening. Food was basic but ok, menu doesn’t apply to everything stocked as apparently it’s generic to all premier inn’s. Staff were friendly enough but service was slow. Lady on reception was as helpful as she could be. Overall very disappointing for the £112 charged for the room! Won’t be recommending this one! Poor value Premier Inn!!!
