- EGEarvin De GuzmanJun 20, 20264.0Visited this June. Loved the rooms. Valley view 38 is well furnished and clean. Location is 20min walk to porth beach. What I did not like is that the heated outdoor pool was closed during my stay, and is only open from 10am to 4pm. Would have loved to take a dip early in the morning, or even late afternoon. Kids playground could use some more play equipment. I still enjoyed my stay, and will still return.

- JPJosh PreeceJun 8, 20264.0The Good: Indoor pool was a great escape for rainy days, we had a lovely gift package in the caravan for the doggos upon arrival. Guest services called us just before our trip to make sure we didn't have any questions and we where all prepared for our holiday. The not so good: I agree with a lot of the reviews that the restaurant is understaffed with items missing off the menu, the food however was good and well priced. Parking isn't great, one night we struggled to find parking anywhere close to our caravan. To Note: The closest beach isn't dog friendly all year round and it is a bit of a sketchy lane to walk down with children and dogs to get there.
