- JJJon Jones-Allen6 days ago4.0Slightly frosty reception upon arrival (don’t arrive a minute earlier than the advertised check in times! They don’t like it) apart from that, no issues m. Room was clean, location was good, it’s got air conditioning (mid summer that was a must!)

It’s a bit like going to Disneyland—only cheaper and without any of the magic. Still, the staff are pleasant, and I’m fairly certain the hotel will be nominated for a prestigious Cornwall award any day now. Possibly for “Most Determined Attempt to Make Basic 3-star-rating Feel Like an Unreasonable Luxury.” PS: Perfect stay to explore Cornwall.

Room was at the end of a long corridor, bit of a pain when you've forgotten to pick up the extra tea bags that you required from reception! But on a positive it was quiet as very few passing guests.
