- ETElena TavanoSep 22, 20262.0- Something is wrong on the website where is saying breakfast is included on the facilities. Well, no breakfast, just prepackaged complimentary croissant first day (1 left only at 10:14am) no drinks. This just because the pub where usually they serve the breakfast was shut down. The day after they reopen but no one let us know, anyway breakfast was NOT included. - The drinks dispenser machine OUT OF SERVICE. (Since weeks apparently, looking previous reviews). - Fire alarm went off at 7am and just stopped in 2 sec.. ( so probably a test but they didn’t let us know). - Towel set just for 1 person and not two as should be when the booking is for two. - The cleanliness of the room was fine but not on the stairs.. - The hotel needs an update. To be honest we didn’t expect this from Premier Inn as we always had a good experience before, but not this time.
- SMShauna MullerSep 16, 20265.0We had such a lovely stay! Lizzie and Megan were both so friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Our room was lovely, clean and really comfortable too. It’s the little touches and friendly service that made our stay so enjoyable.
- LHLaura HigginsSep 16, 20265.0Fantastic service from Lizzie and Elle on reception! Both were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really made us feel looked after. A credit to Premier Inn!

- DFDenise FirmanSep 14, 20262.0On arrival the head board was very dusty, light in bathroom dusty and also coat hangers. My partner showed photos and Lizzie the receptionist was going to report it to her manager, have had no response. Also we were not notified that the restaurant was closed so no breakfast. We will not be coming back
