  Overall is a good stay. Room is spacious and clean compared with other Premier inn near cities. I also like the window blind design as it can really black out the room. Check-in process was quick and smooth and staff is friendly. Not noisy during night time. Water pressure not very strong but shower water was hot. Only has rain shower which is not very convenient for me. Towels are a bit old and torn but acceptable for price we paid. We stayed for 2 nights but after the first night, no one made up our room. So we had to ask for towels to be changed at night when returned. I believe the door hanging sign was quite confusing which says something like the "customer has notified at reception to clean up room" but the receptionist was occupied when we went out. Thus we thought it would be okay and don't bother. Not quite understand why everyone needs to go to reception to ask for room to be cleaned I don't see this arrangement in other Premier inn.

  The reason why we stay this hotel was because the location. And they didn’t regret us. Service was definitely terrible, even the front desk staff were rude. Rooms are old fashioned and don’t have any option to refresh the air inside. They are terrible as sending email next day after booking which says there’ll be noises around the hotel due to kind of a renovation. So you don’t have any choice to ignore or cancel that booking.

  As a family with two rooms we stayed two nights recently, for the amount we paid we’re not impressed. We’ve stayed in premier inn’s for 20+yrs and if this is the new accepted standard I don’t think we’ll be staying in them anymore. Room looked generally worn/grubby and in need of a good clean. No room clean after the first night! My wife tried to use the Hairdryer and after turning the power on it was turning itself on & off..obviously some kind of electrical fault. No fridge in the room and couldn’t get a cold drink from reception as the drinks vending machine was out of order. There’s just too many other minor gripes to list..honestly do yourself a favour go somewhere else and give this place a miss.

  First and last time i am staying at this premier inn Cobham, No air conditioning, rooms were boiling, reception staff rude except one very kind lady name Elizabeth, she tried her level best to make our trip worth staying but what can one person do for 160 room hotel, rest of the staff should be fired including housekeeping staff, 4 nights stay was like living in hell, i requested housekeeping to change my bed sheets and kids bed sheets and i was told i can change them my self which i did because they were short staff and have no time todo so. Worst Premier inn ever, no access to kitchen, microwave or fridge. Kids had cold milk because of no microwave facilities, we jad warm drinks and food went bad in the room because of no access to fridge. Waste of money and time. When checked in i was put in room 120 which had a very strong smell of urine but reception didnt bother and still gave us that room after plenty of visits and requests they gave a different room, again air conditioning wasn't working in any of the rooms so temperature in the rooms were around 30 digress. Air conditioning was working ok in the corridor so ended up leaving room door open so room can cool down. If i would have known that i was going to face all these issues i would have booked a different hotel instead of this crap.

  Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Hatten vorher alles online gebucht und bezahlt. Als wir am Abend ankamen, standen zwei Personen an der Rezeption und haben sehr lange und umständlich nochmal alles abgefragt. Sehr sehr langsam. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Luft stickig. Das Zimmer lag im 1. Stock - aber die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Die Belüftungsanlage war anscheinend defekt und macht bis auf sehr laute Geräusche- weder frische noch kühlere Luft. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Da war ich schon enttäuscht. Sehr schade.
