- KLkevin de leuwJun 14, 20261.0Large hotel, what is also the problem. Way understaffed. Restaurant was broken first day. Second day fire alarm test in the bloody morning... Third day, real fire alarm and no guest service we were just barked off when we wanted our rooms cleaned on the third day.. Room smelled awful to deoderand and no window to open. Very noisy Floor also, we could hear every footsteps from the room above, someone who was running a marathon i think it kept going for 2 hours.. There is no guest service because staff is overwhelmed and everything is broken, they try but you see them running past you.

Got to the premier inn yesterday only to be told at the desk when we signed in that there would be no food breakfast etc as restaurant had shut and would not be reopening Money had been taken in May and would refund but.would take seven to ten days. Premier plus room but no water in room mentioned this and was told.they had run out Milk carton left in fridge from previous occupant and water dripping out of fridge. . .

They made me so comfortable on check in and couldn’t have gone out of there way anymore then they did in making sure everything was to my Satisfaction, The room was also very tidy and up to a high standard. I also went with the meal deal in the restaurant just across from the premier inn and the food was lovely. What a pleasant Stay and will would highly recommend.
