  I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to the team for lending me a charger when mine broke during my stay, it was a small gesture that made a big difference and really showed their excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and their kindness made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

  Quiet a small Premier Inn with no Beefeater pub next door, but has its own bar and resturant doing simular food to the Beafeeter. New extention just strarted going up, so might take a good few months. The Premier Inn is sited very close to a shopping centre.

  Really great hotel in my opinion !!, stayed there for one night and in the morning went to the restaurant part inside the building, great food and drinks, the lock on the bathroom wasn't working though :[ , and button for the toilet was really hard to flush :<. Other than that I Hope to go back :3

  We were provided with a cot for our baby, but the cot mattress was completely unacceptable. It was extremely hard and did not lie flat, creating three hard raised ridges at the fold points. This made it both uncomfortable and unsuitable for safe infant sleep. We raised the issue with reception at around 8pm on the first evening after our baby repeatedly woke as soon as he was put down. The staff member advised that all the cots were the same and later brought a full-size duvet and pillow as a suggested solution, which was not appropriate and did not comply with safe sleeping guidance. The following morning we raised the issue again with another member of staff, who showed us another cot in the same condition. The only suggestions offered were to place bedding or a mattress protector underneath the mattress, which again was neither a safe nor suitable solution. As no safe alternative was provided, my partner and I had to take turns staying awake and holding our baby throughout the night. This continued for all three nights of our stay, meaning we were unable to get a proper night’s sleep for the duration of the booking.
