  Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. The room had a strong damp/musty smell, housekeeping standards were unacceptable, and we even found an artificial nail in the room. The soap dispenser was also broken, suggesting the room had not been properly checked before our stay. The reception service was disappointing and unprofessional, with staff discussing personal matters amongst themselves rather than focusing on guests. The only positive was the breakfast server. Despite being the only person serving a very busy breakfast room, he managed everything extremely well and remained attentive. His hard work was genuinely appreciated. Overall, poor cleanliness, maintenance and customer service.

  It was fine. I stay at a lot of premiere inns with work. However, please be aware that brewers fayre closes at 9pm on a Sunday. I wanted 8.30 dinner. They rang to say could I make 8 and then 7.45, which i did luckily. They were turning people away at 8 and being a bit rude. Lots of sweary workmen staying, so maybe need to be careful if you have kids. Nice scenic drive to the western lakes.

  Not as good as others I have visited. Double bed was on the small side and the exterior needs a good lick of paint.

  The staff were very helpful The room was poor to say the least torn net curtain,mirror light only half working, extractor fan in bathroom not working,paint coming off the bathroom ceiling because of condensation. Also no air con just a desk fan in the room and window didn't open very wide which made it very hot
